Job summary

Willowbrook (Hyndburn) Ltd in the United States is seeking a care assistant to visit nominated adult clients, following directions from care coordinators and management, and to provide essential personal care and support on a daily basis.

You will assist with medication administration, meals and hydration, repositioning and domestic tasks, document properly, comply with company policies, and participate in induction and in-service training as directed by managers.

Responsibilities

• Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.

Job description
