Responsibilities

• Encourage client participation in social activities.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Wash, dry, fold, and press laundry and linens.
• Change linens.
• Shop for groceries and household supplies.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and ROM exercises as needed.
• Support orientation and emotional well-being.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• Document completed tasks.

3. 3. Maintaining home environment, making sure all rooms are clean, safe, and free from obstacles.


4. 4. Washing, drying, folding, and pressing laundry and linens.


5. 5. Changing linens.


6. 6. Shopping for groceries and household supplies.


7. 7. Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises as needed.


8. 8. Participating in activities to ensure maximum orientation and optimal mental and emotional functioning.


9. 9. Transporting clients to and from appointments.


10. 10. Assisting in bathing, dressing, personal grooming, and oral hygiene as needed.


11. 11. Assisting in ensuring that medication is being taken as prescribed.


12. 12. Documenting tasks that are completed.
