SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our nationwide home care team, delivering non-medical support and companionship in clients’ own homes with warmth and professionalism.

We offer competitive pay from $20+ per hour, direct deposit, ongoing training and support, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical home care and companionship.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and families.
