the Job- A member of the community is working alongside Community Horizons to find a motivated and reliable worker, who wants to put a smile on their face. They are looking for help with everyday tasks and 1/1 care with a compassionate and gentle caregiver, in their Barre Mills, WI home. Member uses an adaptive bed, wheelchair, and ceiling Lift to transfer. Member enjoys collecting for his shoe collection, tv/movies, and quality time and conversations with others. You’ll get along great if you enjoy working with an easy going, happy, and smiley individual.

Shift Duties

• Transfers with ceiling Lift, in/out bed,
• in/out bathroom
• Shower assistance
• Toilet assistance/changing

• Companionship

Wage: $20 Hours- 3 11p Monday Friday 7a 3p, 3p 11p Weekends Paid training is provided*
