Home Instead Skokie is seeking Care Professionals to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes across the North Shore and Chicago. Pay is $18.00-$21.00+ per hour, with bi-weekly pay and both full-time and part-time options, plus paid orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pillar 1: Compassionate Daily Support – Assist clients with essential activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide specialized support for those living with Alzheimer's or Dementia.
• Pillar 2: Mobility & Safety – Utilize proper body mechanics and aids to assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring a safe environment for both client and caregiver.
• Pillar 3: Reliable Home & Companionship – Foster social and emotional well‑being through meaningful engagement while maintaining a clean, supportive home environment.
• Pillar 4: Professional Oversight – Maintain high standards of care through diligent observation, reporting changes in condition, and accurate documentation of daily notes.

• Competitive Hourly Pay: Base pay ($18.00-$21.00+/hr).
• Performance 'Gate' System: Earn up to +$0.50/hr through performance metrics plus a potential starting retention bonus of $150.
• Additional Wage Perks: Earn $19-$21+/hr for weekend shifts or emergency fill-ins. Paid orientation.
