Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced professional to manage healthcare accounts and coordinate cross-functional efforts around type 1 diabetes screening and monitoring initiatives. You will educate accounts on best practices, analyze screening processes, and help co-create strategies with internal teams to drive patient flow and program success.

The role requires strong data analysis, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 80% to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of significant experience in account management or healthcare administration.
  • Robust understanding of T1D care pathways/screening practices.
  • Expertise in data analysis and value-based healthcare.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage and cultivate diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Connect cross-functional account stakeholders to drive collaboration and process co-creation.
  • Map, analyze, and educate accounts on the importance of facilitating peer-to-peer interactions with account referral networks to support sustainable patient flows.
  • Coordinate with Sanofi medical and sales teams to share insights and support account acceleration.
