Job summary

Living Care Lifestyles seeks a compassionate Care Partner to support residents at Quail Park of Lynnwood. You will help with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and document care details while engaging residents in social interaction.

Role requires prior elderly-care experience, English fluency, and credentials like CPR/First Aid and Food Handler. Join a supportive team providing dignified, person-centered care. Rate of pay: $21.50-$23.00/hour, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elderly in residential/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to take vital signs: blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, O2.
• Must read, comprehend, write and speak English.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials required.
• Continuing education credits required.

Responsibilities

• Review resident service plans.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, ambulation.
• Engage residents in conversation and socialization.
• Observe residents and report changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Complete incident reports and documentation with accuracy.
• Assist with resident mealtimes.
• Make beds and tidy rooms; change linens as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping duties and maintain resident clothing.
• Assist cleaning walkers and wheelchairs.

Care Partner | Nursing Assistant | HCA | CNA

Are you a compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors? Quail Park of Lynnwood is looking for a Caregiver to assist in the day-to-day lives of our seniors.

What You'll Do:

Care Partner | Nursing Assistant | HCA | CNA

• Review and understand all resident individual service plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and ambulation
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and socialization while providing personal care assistance
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental and social condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse and/or supervisor
• Complete all forms to include but not limited to incident reports, and written and computerized documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with resident mealtimes
• Make resident beds, empty apartment trash, and tidies as needed
• Turn down residents' beds as needed
• Change linens and towels according to community laundry schedule or as needed
• Maintain resident clothing and closet in neat and orderly manner
• Assist in cleaning walkers, wheelchairs, etc
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to or learn to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature and O2 stats
• Must enjoy interacting with seniors
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, their families, and team members
• Must be ablet to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
• Must meet all health-related requirements pertaining to state licensure
• Must maintain current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler's credentials
• Must maintain continuing education credits
