The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a Care Partner for 7:00am–7:00pm, full-time, with pay range $17.50–$24.25 per hour. Join a home-like team dedicated to residents' quality of life and personal growth, offering benefits and a supportive environment.

You will provide compassionate care, build connections, and promote a positive community while assisting residents with daily living activities and ADLs.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active role with standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents by showing empathy and advocacy.
• Support an inclusive, positive environment through teamwork and engagement.
• Be curious, ask questions, and grow through training and development.
