Job summary

Artis Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, mobility, and meals. This role emphasizes compassionate dementia care and ongoing safety and well-being within a supportive community.

You will respond to calls, document care, and help transport residents to programs, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to infection control and safety policies. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if state requires it.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, eating.
• Assist with personal and household chores and errands.
• Transport residents within the community to meals and activities.
• Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed.
• Observe residents for changes and report to clinical staff promptly.
