Keck Medicine of USC's USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale, CA seeks a Care Partner to support nursing staff, assist with patient care delivery, clerical tasks and unit organization, and help set up and maintain equipment. The role adapts to the unit assigned and requires strong teamwork.
Candidates must hold a California CNA certification, be actively enrolled in a nursing program or have completed a CNA program, and complete USC EHR training within 4 hours.
Minimum Education:
The Care Partner provides nursing staff support in the areas of patient care delivery, clerical functions, and organization of the unit environment, as well as set-up and maintenance of equipment. The emphasis on each of these areas will depend on the unit assigned.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association.
AB508 (Management of Assaultive Behavior). If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.

The hourly rate range for this position is $23.00 - $30.87.
