Job summary

Artis Senior Living of Evesham is hiring a Care Partner (CNA) for part-time 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) in New Jersey. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with every other weekend required.

As a Care Partner, you'll assist residents with daily living activities, document care, respond to calls, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. We offer benefits including medical/dental/vision, holidays, PTO, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if State requires it.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, eating.
• Assist with personal and household chores, such as tidying up room, errands, delivering mail and/or newspapers.
• Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed.
• Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently.
• Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans; communicate changes to clinical staff.
• Respond to emergency calls and safety issues in a timely, appropriate manner.
