Pinnacle Groves Senior Living in Rogers, AR invites a Care Partner to join our compassionate team. The role centers on empathetic resident care, assisting with ADLs, mobility, and daily living tasks while promoting a warm, engaging environment for seniors.

You will collaborate with teammates, maintain safety, and support residents with dignity during day and night shifts. The position is full-time and on site at Pinnacle Groves.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active as role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Assist with mobility and transfers and support residents after a fall.
• Foster empathy, build human connections, and create a positive, inclusive environment.

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Rogers, AR

Care Partner pay range: $16 - $20 per hour

Shift Schedule -

Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00pm to 7:00am
