Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a CARE PARTNER for the 6:00 PM–10:00 PM shift at Rock Creek in Ankeny, IA. This part‑time role offers a pay range of $16.25–$23 per hour and requires a high school diploma and English proficiency with residents.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, providing compassionate care, and contributing to a home‑like, supportive community. Benefits are available and opportunities exist to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Active and energetic attitude to work with residents.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an empathetic and inclusive environment for residents and team members.
• Engage residents and be a dependable, proactive team member who can be counted on.

Care Partner pay range: $16.25 - $23 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday and Sunday

6:00pm to 10:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
