Aden Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Partner to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. You will engage residents daily, support ADLs, and help create meaningful activities that promote dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• New CNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with personal hygiene, comfort, and dignity.
• Provide a safe, clean, and healthy living environment.
• Document resident care, observations, and progress accurately.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with dining, mobility, social engagement, and recreational activities as needed.
• Follow community policies, safety protocols, and care plans.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents in maintaining personal hygiene, comfort, and dignity.
• Promote a safe, clean, and healthy living environment.
• Provide individualized care and assistance based on each resident's needs and care plan.
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
• Accurately document resident care, observations, concerns, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership regarding resident needs and updates.
• Obtain and record monthly vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Assist residents with dining, mobility, social engagement, and recreational activities as needed.
• Follow all community policies, procedures, and safety protocols while performing assigned duties.
• Contribute to a positive, resident-centered culture that promotes independence, choice, and quality of life.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience & Certifications

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred, but not required.
• New CNAs are encouraged to apply.
