Connections Wellness Group is seeking a Care Navigator to maintain a welcoming environment and serve as the first contact for patients and guests. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, and support administrative workflows in a busy clinic.
Strong communication, basic computer skills, and ability to handle confidential information are essential. Front desk or benefits verification experience is preferred; flexible hours may be required.
The Care Navigator is responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment in the facility and serves as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and guests. This position will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments/assessments, and collecting payment at the time of services rendered. The Care Navigator is passionate about fostering a positive and professional environment.
Note: The essential job functions of this position are not limited to the duties listed above.
Ability to sit for long periods of time (8-10 hours),
Ability to reach above and below the waist, turn, twist and to manipulate small tools (copier, computer, telephone, typewriter, calculator, safe, facsimile machine).
Ability to see well enough to read handwritten and typewritten material.
Ability to handle a variety of repetitive tasks at a moderate level.
Ability to occasionally handle electrical, mechanical, or equipment emergencies.
Available to work varied hours (i.e. evenings) as required.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks under deadlines and with short notice.
