Morada Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City is seeking Care/Medication Technicians to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents. Responsibilities include supervising residents, assisting with medication, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking on a designated group of residents during the shift.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' conditions.
• Responds to security alarms and resident call bells.
• Assists with continence management and sanitation.
• Prepares and serves food, noting any refusal or loss of appetite.
• Maintains cleanliness of rooms and work areas.
• Engages residents in activities of daily living.
• Assists with medication observation and documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
