Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Case Manager RN for the Navicent Health Medical Center location. Requires an active RN license and at least three years of acute care or care management experience, with BSN preferred. EHR experience is a plus.

Schedule varies, including weekdays, weekends and holidays. Compensation is based on the listed pay range and may include premium pay for shifts and on-call duties; total rewards and benefits are described by Advocate Health.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Work Experience
