A coordinated state-wide program providing screening, evaluation, referral services, and treatment for children ages 0-5 and their families. This is a new contract supporting infant mental health services in Louisiana. The Care Manager reviews assessments and Plans of Care to ensure high standards of care. Preference for licensed LPC, LMFT with experience in early childhood mental health or child-serving systems.
Licensure: Current license meeting state requirements (CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LSW, LPC, RN, etc.).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in healthcare, behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance abuse settings.
Skills: Organization, communication, knowledge of utilization management, DSM V, inpatient/outpatient settings, and ability to analyze utilization problems.
