Job summary

Your Health Organization in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Clinical Scheduler to coordinate all in-person facilitator visits and provider encounters for the care team. This full-time role ensures patients receive the right number and type of visits under our proactive care model.

Working daily in a dedicated facility, you will manage scheduling across systems, communicate with patients by portal and phone, and support continuous care coordination to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; healthcare degree preferred.
• Experience in medical/healthcare scheduling or administrative role.
• Familiar with medical terminology, procedures, and insurance verification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Register, verify and timely schedule patients according to the care model.
• Track and follow new patients until scheduled.
• Schedule appointments based on care model, urgency, and patient preferences.
• Optimize schedules across disciplines to ensure coverage.
• Follow patients after discharge and coordinate post-acute visits.
