Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support Wilton residents with daily activities and promote independence. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care under individualized care plans.

You will participate in dining support, safety emphasis, and meaningful resident interactions. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and strong communication with families and the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
