Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, following individualized plans and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will engage residents in daily activities, assist with personal care, and collaborate with care teams and families to brighten each day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISPs and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Provide enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+

• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range:

18.75 - 23.45
