Integral Senior Living in Tracy, CA is seeking a Care Giver to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support in a safe, home-like environment, with emphasis on resident dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging residents in meaningful life enrichment. Strong communication and good judgment are essential. EOE D/V.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Strong judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity.
• Support mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting and eating as instructed.

Our community is looking for a Care Giver to join our team.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
