Job summary

Seaton Senior Living seeks a dedicated Care Giver to join our team. The role involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining room cleanliness, and promoting resident independence with dignity. Previous senior care experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
