Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily care and companionship. You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

This role emphasizes meaningful interactions and teamwork with care staff and families. The position includes paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package; compensation ranges from $19.95 to $24.95 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing and grooming.
• Follow ISPs and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate with families and care leaders; document changes.

• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
