They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. The position involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
