Qualifications

  • 3 years of care management or utilization management experience required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the care management team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
  • Ensure effective use of hospital resources and safe transitions to next level of care
  • Develop collaborative relationships with site leadership and payors
  • Monitor DRGs and manage departmental budget and staffing

Registered Nurse (Alabama RN license)
Master of Social Work (MSW)
Master in Mental Health Counseling (MHC)
Master in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)
