Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Staff member to join our caring team. The role pays $14.50 per hour and includes medical benefits, PTO, and Daily Pay options.

As a Housekeeper Staff, you will clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring safety and sanitary conditions while supporting a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for resident rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions according to guidelines.
• Provide friendly service and build rapport with residents, families and staff.
