LakeHouse Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nurse’s Aide to join our compassionate care team. The role supports Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents, helping maintain comfort, safety, and dignity.

You will assist with activities of daily living, help with bathing, dressing, and mobility, keep resident rooms clean, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment.

Competenze

  • Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
