Care Giver

TerraBella Senior Living proudly serves thousands of residents and families in TerraBella Summerville offering a full range of lifestyle and care options: Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short-term Respite.

As a Care Giver, you will provide hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home‑like environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co‑workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
