Job summary

Campbell Street is seeking a dedicated housekeeping assistant to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents. You’ll clean, launder, and prepare linens, following established procedures to ensure comfort and hygiene.

Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, delivering clean clothing to rooms, disinfecting common areas, and supporting light office tasks. The role requires attention to detail and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects resident rooms, dining areas, common areas and restrooms.
• Sorts and launders linen and clothing; operates washers and dryers.
• Delivers clean clothing to residents’ rooms and maintains orderly storage.
• Assists with trash removal and light office cleaning as needed.
