Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support medication preparation, dispensing, and clinical oversight in our long-term care settings. You will review physician orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain essential records while supervising technicians to uphold regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an ACPE-accredited PharmD or BS degree, NAPLEX/MPJE, and 5+ years in pharmacy. Proficient computer skills are required to manage documentation and software tools in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited B.S. or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• NAPLEX and MPJE licenses/certifications.
• State-specific license where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and assists the Pharmacy team in medication preparation and reviewing physician orders.
• Dispenses medications according to policy and legal requirements to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintains records of pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories, and controlled substances.
• Monitors drug therapies, advises on interventions, and ensures proper labeling and packaging.
• Directs technicians’ workflow and verifies orders and labeling for quality assurance.
• Screens for drug interactions, duplications, contraindications, and allergies using computer systems.
• Provides pharmacological information and counseling to health care professionals and patients.
