Advanced Health Care in Meridian, ID is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper and Laundry Technician to maintain cleanliness, order, and infection control across the facility. This role supports residents, families, and staff by ensuring a safe, comfortable environment and high standards of sanitation.

This Full-Time position covers weekends and weekdays with 8-hour shifts in a rotation, including weekends. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required, but training is available.
• Background check and fingerprint clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and deliver linens and personal items.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces to prevent spread of germs.
• Inspect and report maintenance issues observed during rounds.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned.
