Onyx of Bernice in Bernice, LA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support our post-acute care environment. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, keep resident areas clean, and coordinate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, comfortable facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping with nursing services during routine cleaning.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish fixtures and surfaces as required.
• Clean floors via sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting procedures.
• Discard waste into proper containers with liners.
• Do not disclose residents' protected health information and report violations.
• Follow safety precautions and adapt to shift changes as needed.
