Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general cleaning procedures and sanitation techniques.
• Able to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
• Able to pass a thorough background screen.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Clean, wash, sanitize and polish furnishings.
• Clean floors and bathrooms as necessary and directed.
• Spot check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed.
• Follow safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings and on-the-job training.
