Job summary

CVS Health is hiring Retail Store Associates to join our team and help deliver compassionate, customer-focused service in a busy community store. In this role you will work both independently and as part of a team to support customers across pharmacy, photo, beauty, and general merchandise, while upholding our safety and quality standards.

You will handle cashier duties, stock shelves, assist with opening/closing, and respond to customer needs with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and card payments following policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and manage pricing/inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist departments (photo/beauty) and ensure stock and readiness.
• Assist pharmacy staff and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
