Responsibilities

• Sorts laundry by color, fabric, and type for washing preparation.
• Transfers laundered items to dryers in sanitized containers.
• Folds and stacks dried items in proper order; irons when required.
• Mends items when needed and distributes personal laundry to patients' closets.
• Cleans and disinfects laundry areas and equipment; maintains sanitation standards.
