Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Williamsburg- N 7th St. clinic. This role focuses on welcoming patients and guiding their care experience.

Care Coordinators respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours, greet patients, and uphold a 5-star service standard while fostering a collaborative, community-centered environment. The position supports patient flow and navigation of out-of-network processes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours.

Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service. Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations.
• Ability to use computer keyboard 90% of each workday.
• Hearing acuity to communicate over the telephone.
• Visual acuity to read information on computer screen.
• The ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
• Occasionally lift 10 pounds floor to waist

$18 - $18 an hour
