Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our W 120th St location in Harlem. You will help patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow and guiding them through the out‑of‑network experience.

Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails within 2 hours (within 24 hours) and delivering 5‑star customer service to every visitor. A collaborative, empathetic team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our W 120th St location in Harlem.

Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours.

Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service. Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations.
• Ability to use computer keyboard 90% of each workday.
• Hearing acuity to communicate over the telephone.
• Visual acuity to read information on computer screen.
• The ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
• Occasionally lift 10 pounds floor to waist

$18 - $18 an hour
