Job summary

Arundel Lodge in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Care Coordinator to support residents in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders. You will implement the Recovery Model in all interactions, emphasize hope, autonomy, and empowerment, and provide compassionate, non-judgmental support.

Care Coordinators are expected to implement the Recovery Model in all interactions with members. This approach emphasizes hope, autonomy, peer support, respect, empathy, non-stigmatizing language, empowerment, leveraging members' strengths, and fostering self-determination.

• Fluency in ASL (required for the Deaf Program)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in the mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Must be proficient in ASL

Responsibilities

$18 - $18 an hour
