Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for the Astoria- Broadway location to welcome patients and support care flow. You will respond to calls and emails quickly and guide patients through the out-of-network experience with a friendly, patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, with a collaborative spirit to support staff and patients in a high-volume clinic.

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Astoria- Broadway location.

Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours.

Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service. • Previous customer service experience.
