Stellar Senior Living in Missoula is seeking a Care Coordinator to join a large senior living community. You will oversee resident care planning and coordinate health and wellness activities for residents and families.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director, you will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to care regulations, while supporting a compassionate team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years.
• Scheduling experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Description

Our Care Coordinator work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.
