Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeast and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The Care Coordination Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring adherence to the high-fidelity wraparound model of care coordination, ensuring quality care for children and families/caregivers representing diverse socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. The supervisor has a thorough understanding of local community resources and are skilled at developing and maintaining working relationships with staff, clients, and community partners. This position will be responsible for serving Region H ( Jackson, Pike, Meigs, Gallia, Highland, Fayette, Pickaway, Ross, Hocking, Vinton, and Athens Counties ).
The salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$74,957.37, based on experience, education and licensure.
