Job summary

addus is seeking a Care System Associate to handle inbound calls, schedule changes, and coordinate care between clients and caregivers. You will answer phones, manage visits, and resolve scheduling issues while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires a High School diploma, data entry and customer service experience in a healthcare setting, and the ability to work evenings and weekends on a remote schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates Degree in Business preferred.
• 1 year of data entry, customer service and/or billing experience in a fast paced healthcare environment preferred.
• Must have reliable WIFI and quiet workspace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook with strong reading, writing and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively respond to all inbound calls per day related to scheduling changes from clients and employees.
• Coordinate care between caregivers and clients to ensure visits are filled.
• Prioritize and manage multiple conflicting responsibilities and navigate multiple systems to meet client needs.
