Job summary

Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) seeks a compassionate Care Companion to enrich the daily lives of residents in a resort-style senior living community. You will provide personal care and warm companionship, helping residents stay engaged and comfortable.

You will collaborate with the clinical team, assist activities of daily living, and foster emotional well-being through one-on-one interactions and program support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be a team player with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care support and warm companionship to residents.
  • Encourage participation in community programs and social activities.
  • Offer meaningful one-on-one interaction to enhance residents' emotional well-being.
  • Assist in planning and supporting activity programs for residents.
  • Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instructions.
  • Communicate changes or concerns to the clinical team to support resident care plans.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the care plan.

What You'll Do
