Job summary

El Paso Behavioral Health System is seeking a Care Center Specialist to support intake operations on the night shift. The role involves handling inquiry calls, coordinating assessments, and preparing intake paperwork with insurance information under supervision of the intake leadership.

Preferred candidates have a hospital intake or business office background, a high school diploma, and current CPR certification. Training on Handle With Care is required within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current CPR Certification.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of Handle With Care Training within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with restraining procedures. Must have and maintain current CPR Certification. May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
