Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Care Attendant Non Certified in Illinois to assist residents with activities of daily living, dining services, and light housekeeping. You will support residents across multiple care levels including assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and genuine compassion for seniors. The role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Give assistance to residents in activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and daily living activities.
• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and maintain residents' rooms.
• Assist dietary staff with serving meals in the dining room, ensuring residents' attendance in dining room, and observes residents while eating.
• Arrange for and deliver meal trays for room service as needed, returns trays to kitchen when meal is over.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
• Be cross trained to work in all levels of care so assistance can be given to residents in AL, SNF, or memory care.

Compensation Pay Range:

$16.30 - $21.58 per hour

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $16.30 - $21.58 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
