Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks compassionate caregivers to assist residents in our Assisted Living program in York, Maine. You will help with daily living activities, support dignity and independence, and provide emotional and social support in a warm, respectful environment.

Shifts are 2:30pm-11pm and 10:30pm-7am, with every other weekend required. You may need a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state, and you must have at least one year of experience in senior care along with basic

• English proficiency sufficient to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Provide medication reminders and escort services as needed.
• Follow resident schedules as directed by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care logs and report concerns to supervisor.
• Respect and protect residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.

Do you have HEART? In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.

• Available shifts are 2:30pm-11pm and 10:30pm-7am. Working every other weekend is required.
• Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.

• You have at least oneyearof experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
