Simpson Meadows is seeking a Care Associate to join our dedicated team in Downingtown, PA. You will provide care and support for residents in assisted living or personal care settings, helping with daily activities and ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal support, housekeeping, and documenting observations. We value compassionate, dependable individuals who want to build a meaningful career with purpose.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Direct Care Training completed before orientation.
• Dementia Care Training completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor health and report changes to staff.
• Document care provided and observations in records.
