Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring individuals to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with activities of daily living and social engagement. You will support residents with hygiene, mobility, and daily tasks while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and empathetic.
• Ability to work as a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Ability to solve practical problems in high-stress situations.
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
