Crescent Manor is hiring a Care Assistant to support our LNA program in Vermont. You will join a facility focused on resident well-being, with shifts that accommodate school schedules and a starting pay of $14.01/hour plus a $2.00 weekend differential.

This role offers real on-site experience before achieving certification and growth within our nursing team. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a 90-bed nursing and rehab setting, helping with daily tasks, transport to activities, and

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

• Answer call lights promptly, assist with tray pass at meal times, keep Units clean, stocked and organized.
• Assist with non-care related tasks on units as assigned.

Care Assistant to L N A Program
